ALFA LAVAL TZ-74 ROTARY SPRAY HEAD

IMPLEMENTATION
Alfa Laval TZ-74 Automatic Cleaning Version rotary jet head ensures 3d indexed effective cleaning in a certain time period. It is automatic and offers a guaranteed method for quality assurance in tank cleaning. It is fit for use in processing, storage and shipping tanks and vessels from 50 to 500 m3.  It is used in processes at fizzy-unfizzy beverage, food and dairy facilities as well as in many other industries where it is absolutely necessary to clean machine and draining pipes. Alfa Laval TZ-74 Automatic Cleaning Version rotary jet head has been globally successful particularly in beverage and food industries.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The flow of the cleaning fluid creates a rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes of nozzles. In the first round, the nozzles apply a wide spared pattern on the tank surface. In the next rounds, the pattern is gradually thickened and full patterns is achieved after 8 rounds.

The drawings above demonstrate the pattern obtained on a cylindrical horizontal tank. The difference between the first round and full pattern represent the number of current additional rounds to increase density of cleaning.
