ThinkTop® D30 DIGITAL 24 VDC PNP

IMPLEMENTATION
ThinkTop® D30 has been designed to simply ensure control in Alfa Laval’s air-operated actuator butterfly, single seat and double seat valves.  It is compatible with all main PLC systems with its digital PNP interface.  It can be used in food, dairy and beer factories. ThinkTop® D30 is a complementary and alternative solution in existing control units portfolio.
ThinkTop® D30 is one of its kind in the market, and is focused on new methods that will simplify the outlook in use of basic control units that will optimize and minimize lines without using external solenoid valves.



OPERATION PRINCIPLE
ThinkTop® D30 is an easy-to-use, plug and sun control unit that has an integrated artificial intelligence which monitors operating air pressure, leaking air or low air pressure. Internal solenoid valve helps to control operating valve. The unit installed on the valve receives signals to control the solenoid valves from the PLC system and sens back the air pressure in the monitored valve in the form of a signal as open or closed to the PLC system. ThinkTop® D30 conducts 360 degree visual valve status notification, and allows overview from any angle and at a certain distance.
