IMPLEMENTATION
Alfa Laval Sanimicro uses little amounts of cleaning fluid at low pressure, thus offering an efficient alternative to conventional fixed washing heads. The double seat in the rotary head of Alfa Laval Sanimicro is an ideal washing head for tanks, reactors, vessels and other containers from 0.05 to 1 m3, depending on the dimensions and cleaning task.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The flow of the cleaning fluid rotates the head of Alfa Laval SaniMicro, and fan-shaped sprays operate according to a turbulence-like model that passes through the tank or reactor. The turbulence creates a pressure to ensure effective cleaning of the tank of vessel, and the lower areas are cleaned by gradual flow.
