UNIQUE CONTROL BUTTERFLY VALVE
 | IMPLEMENTATION Unique Control for butterfly valves is an integrated automated actuator for LKB butterfly valves of all sizes. Unique Control is a hygienic and reliable solution focused on simplicity. Unique Control is an improved version of our existing actuators and control units, and enables upgrading existing installations. Unique Control is compliant with all main PLC systems. Its intended for use in food, dairy and fermentation installations and biopharmaceutical applications. OPERATION PRINCIPLES Unique Control uses an air spring that allows operation at a lower air pressure as compared to a conventional mechanical spring. Integrated automation system supplies pressurized air with a single button to determine the gauge of the valve and make an automatic configuration that includes calibration. The actuator is designed for easy configuration as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). The actuator design which does not require maintenance but can undergo maintenance has been tested for more than a million times of opening/closing. Unique Control has a 360 degree indication lamp. This feature allows identifying air leakage or air pressure issues, and monitoring the status of the operational air pressure. |

| USABILITY Unique Control can be used with a digital or AS-Interface 31 and 62 node.
